#1 Circle to Rhythms

Interesting way to exit from a "Circle" while keeping the close position. Sonia and Hector also show you a rhythm to dance together with your partner and that will help you improve "The embrace". The sequence is a swing phrase, perfect for the learning process and it's easier to remember it.

#2 Counter Clockwise to "Ochos"

Starting from a counter-clockwise circle to the left, we go to a movement taken from tango dance: The "Ochos".
